Unopened and Unused: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of dietary supplements that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, seals, and protective materials intact. The packaging should be undamaged and suitable for return shipping.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice. This helps us verify your order and process your return efficiently.

Within Return Period: You must notify us of your intention to return the product within the applicable return period (14 days for statutory returns or 30 days for our extended return period).

Not Excluded: The product must not fall under the categories of non-returnable items specified in Section 4 of this policy.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, hygiene, and legal reasons, certain products and circumstances are not eligible for return:

Opened Products: Dietary supplements and health products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Damaged Packaging: Products with damaged, torn, or missing packaging that compromise the integrity or safety of the product may not be eligible for return, unless the damage occurred during shipping or was present upon delivery.

Products Without Proof of Purchase: We cannot process returns for products without valid proof of purchase from our website.

Products Purchased from Third Parties: This Return Policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website. Products purchased from third-party retailers, marketplaces, or unauthorized sellers must be returned in accordance with the return policies of those sellers.

Please do not send products back to us without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Step 3: Package the Product

Carefully package the product in its original packaging, ensuring that all items, labels, and materials are included. Use appropriate protective materials to prevent damage during shipping. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt and clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Ship the Product

Ship the product to the return address provided in your return authorization instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a product that was not as described.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Shipping Insurance: We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable returns, as we cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit. If a return is lost in transit and was not insured or tracked, we may not be able to process a refund.

Why We Don't Offer Direct Exchanges: Processing returns and new orders separately ensures faster service and allows you to take advantage of any current promotions or pricing when placing your new order. It also gives you the flexibility to choose a different product or adjust your order as needed.

Defective or Incorrect Products: If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, and we will cover all shipping expenses associated with the exchange.

9. Defective or Damaged Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately.

Reporting Defects or Damage: You must report defective or damaged products within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us with the following information:
